To follow up with Andy, what Andy stated about Senate Bill 180.

So, as you know, uh we had the steering committee meeting for Broward next in October, and I gave you a summary of that, which is basically we bifurcated the proposals moving forward.

Um, we're focusing on the incentive-based pieces of the plan and holding to the aside in abeyance uh much of the resiliency policy updates, which I think we reiterated at the

October meeting, we do have a very strong resiliency plan already in place.

So this was additions to that.

Holding those policies in abeyance until modification or resolution of Senate Bill one eighty because of what we have seen um anecdotally coming through the um the state uh

Florida Commerce uh comments on other uh on other local governments uh comprehensive plan updates in light of that.

So we have a workshop on December 10th for the public and we'll be focusing on the incentive part of the plan and uh accepting comments on that.

We'll likely have another um public workshop um in mid-January.

Uh to as a follow-up for that, we'll report back to the steering committee.

committee so I think we can anticipate uh having a first public hearing on the incentive uh based side of the board next update.
