Um it's a land use plan amendment in the city of Waterhill to modify the dashed line area um as noted on the map that you see before you.

Um this modifies the um the land use sorry from um
Commercial recreation within a dashed line area to residential within that dashed line area.
And the applicant is asking for an additional eight hundred and eighty eight units from an existing um from the existing units in the dashed line area.
So no new units are being added to the dashed line area.

Um item two is a text amendment to the Barrett County Land Use Plan related to policy two point two three point two related to environmentally sensitive lands.
