That is why the clarification why working with the county attorney and the council uh staff attorney so important to clarify that this map is for planning purposes.
This does not change any of the criteria, it does not change any of the licensing and permitting, it does not change the map.
It says that every other year we will get the data from the licensing and permitting division.
It's not that
whatever that division's called, and we'll update the map to keep it in the plan for planning purposes only.
So there is not a change to um the qualification or the qualifying criteria based in this text amendment.
It is a clarification of the process only.

So since there's a fifth Thursday that week, I sent you all an email a couple of weeks ago um to please mark your calendar for January twenty ninth.
Um we will have um a pretty full um agenda that day.
We're anticipating a pretty full agenda.
We have at least uh three map amendments um that would be moving.
