The next step would be to schedule the to request a public hearing at the County Commission for consideration of transmittable to the state of Florida review agencies per the Chapter 163 process.

The state then gets 30 days to review.

That and provide comments.

Then upon return, if there are no comments and the county commission has not asked for it to return to you as the planning council, it would go to the county commission for uh consideration of adoption, adoption with conditions or denial.

So that would be the process.

So we're you know obviously several months out from that.
