So this is the first stop in the process after we receive or process an application.

So the by not requiring a second public hearing, that's simply referring to the plan.

Planning Council not requiring a second public hearing unless something happens when it goes to the state, if the county commission transmits it, and if there's a negative comment or comment of regional significance that we receive at the state, that automatically does bring it back to you.

So what you're stating here today is that you're not requiring a second planning council public hearing unless something from that list, from your rules, happens.

Or the County Commission says, hey, we're going to transmit this to the state, but we want it to go back to the Planning Council before we consider adoption.
