Then once licensing and permitting happens, as with the wetlands map, that's a part of your
natural resource map series of the Byron County Land Use Plan.
This map would be updated every two years based on that data.
So that would be based on deletions and additions uh to that map, and that would be the amendment and map amendment that you would ultimately see.
Um so that's the change for that text amendment.
As I mentioned, we do have one public speaker on on that item.
And then item p um pH three is a text amendment to the county land use plan also expedited through the Barnex Steering Committee and this is to address a concern um to become in compliance with the Florida statutes um as directed by the uh county attorney's office and that's the del the deletion of two policies related to um environmental justice that were adopted into the plan into twenty in twenty seventeen.

Item PH one is the proposed land use plan amendment in the city of Waterhill, approximately a hundred and thirty two point six acres from commercial recreation within the dashed line area to irregular residential within the dashed line area.
Um, as I mentioned in um the initial uh overview.
The dashline area actually allows for nine thousand seventy two units and there are are
1,142 unbuilt units, and this applicant is requesting to use 888 of those unbuilt units on these pods as depicted on the on the map before you.
Planning council uh staff analysis um finds sufficient facilities and services to propose to serve the proposed land use.
including the recreation open space piece we just talked about with the trailway, um the at least ten acres for the trailway in the semi semi public um park near those pods.
