Um, included in your backup materials is a summary of each year we do an annual survey of policy 2.16.4, the Geller policy that permits residential by right and commerce and activity center if there's an affordable housing component or a buy-out.

And what we've seen this year, this is the third year, it was adopted in 2021.

It was amended uh the end of 2022, so we did not do a survey last year.

The the difference between the first year and this year, we're making leaps and bounds.

Cities are starting to use this as a redevelopment tool.

Um they're starting to some of them are collecting uh uh have uh

development on the hook for for funds.

Some of those will be split with the county.

Um there's over nineteen million dollars reported um that are is committed to so the city and counties haven't and county haven't seen that money yet, but they will at the time of a building permit as structured in the policy.
