Uh the so the executive committee had a very robust meeting this morning and very full. podcast-host

The p the executive committee also had a discussion about um as we move forward for the update of Broward Next, as I had mentioned a couple of months ago, um podcast-host

The uh the policy two point one point three of the county plan podcast-host

We structured it so that we would never be in a situation where we where we weren't doing a complete overview of the county plan. podcast-host

So we've we're hitting that seven year mark for the adoption of our next. podcast-host

So this item was to request the uh pol the I'm sorry, the committee framework that the planning council could use to to vet information and ideas throughout the process. podcast-host

And the executive committee podcast-host

is recommending that due to um how the constitution of the committee they felt was very good and to use the executive committee for Broward next uh for that structure also. podcast-host

And they may meet outside of regular meeting dates and obviously will coordinate with um with that committee. podcast-host

So that was their recommendation and I would turn it back to the chair for any discussion. podcast-host
