Because again, it's like the right hand, left hand, and left talking to each other.
That being said, there are tons and tons of SEOs that are using AI for a lot of purposes, including content generation, or making their workflows a lot easier for the repetitive tasks.
of ways you can use obviously machine learning and AI to help you with your tasks.
So if you go ahead and ask AI to write your content from scratch and just publish it without looking at it.
Absolutely not.
Personally I hate using AI for content.
I love using AI to generate images for my content.
So it really depends on what you want to do, but there's lots of cases where you can use AI and the various AI tools to help you with your job and to and to connect better with your users and to improve your content and your website
Using these tools.
So even though Google says, you know, they are okay with content generated using AI, when I spoke to Danny Sullivan just a couple of weeks ago about a whole thing around core updates, and we'll get to that later, I also spoke, asked them about AI, and he's like, people got the wrong message on that.
The message was stop with the scaled content, stop producing content at scale with the intent of going ahead and trying to manipulate Google search or to just
just rank content really quickly in search.
It's not about if it's AI is doing it or if it's other algorithms or if it's, you know, you're hiring people to write it for you.
As long as you're building this content at scale with the purpose of ranking, we don't want that.
We want stuff that's written to help users and not just written to rank it well in search.
And basically saying AI is one way of doing it, don't do it.
You know, you can use AI for content here and there, but don't go ahead and use
AI just to produce content at scale.
So with programmatic SEO or content development, it was more about creating like, I don't know, 10, 15, 30, 100 different templates and then injecting the content in there.
People got more sophisticated, but now it's so much easier when it comes to AI.
