But it's actually 3% of DEI within the DEI framework.
So people that had, for example, a DEI program in their business, only 3% of black Americans were hired for those programs.
Honestly, it's a racial component to try to disadvantage the white people and give advantages to minorities.
So it's okay to disadvantage a group.
