They made up more hires when they were actually implemented into business practices and governments.
Based on what data source?
Let's use the Fortune 500 only hired 6% of white applicants in 2021, with 60% of the nation being white applicants.
That doesn't make sense.
That obviously gave an advantage to black Americans and minorities.
So let's go back to what you had just said.
