I feel like a little bit of a celebrity.

I've been battling bowel cancer, stage four incurable bowel cancer for the last nearly three years now.

And at the time I was kind of, I was given two to three years as my prognosis and I went, holy shit.

No thanks.

I'm not tapping out anytime soon.

I've got way too much to do with my life.

So I've been fighting along on my wee battle, trying to keep life as normal as possible and fill the bucket and try and beat it, to be honest.

I've had a few setbacks, but the biggest setback would have been three days ago when I actually had my last day of radiation.

I've had quite a bit of pain and they thought the radiation might help with that.

And it actually ended up being a meeting with my oncology nurse, Alicia, who is one of the most amazing humans and has been with me always.

on my little journey from day dodge.

And I needed to meet with a nurse after the final radiation, just to talk about some things.

And thankfully I had my daughter Maddie with me, who is an amazing and very brave and very stoic young lady.

And talking to Alicia, we kind of established that I've been experiencing quite a bit of pain that I probably shouldn't have been, and I've been holding back a wee bit on my pain relief.

Part of that was because I don't want to be a drug addict, but, you know, that's a whole other story.

But she disappeared on me for a little bit with a bit of a concerned face and went and spoke to my oncologist and also the radiation oncologist.

And basically came back and said to us, Becky, I think the cancer is rearing its head and it's declaring itself.

And basically there's not, we've explored everything that we kind of can at the moment.

We've been through two different lines of chemo.

One worked for quite a significant amount of time and then the cancer got sneaky and
