And when I say summits, that's actually an alive term.

We use the mountain analogy a lot.

And the seven summits is really, let's think about what you'd most love your life to look like in each of these seven different areas, not just within the summit of career or finances.

It's like, what would you most of the whole of your life to look like?

So these, this holistic life design perspective, which is really powerful.

Everyone's summit, people have different favorite summits, which is really fun to see and what comes out.

And there's like different key.

I just, when people present back their life summits, it brings me deep joy because when they speak about like the things which are important to them, they come alive and the whole dynamic and atmosphere changes.

For me, I love travel.

So I love the summit of like adventures and vacations or holidays, as we'd say in the UK, because I'm like, life is an adventure.

Let's go live it.

And so when I look back actually at my life summit for this one very recently and I was like, oh my word, you've crossed things off the list.

I was like, this is incredible.

And we do it all visually because what we really want is like I have a board of all the like, you know, amazing adventures that I'd love to do.

But what I want people to do is replace those with actual photos of them living that life.

Like it becomes like a life story, not a life vision board, if that makes sense.

People naturally gravitate towards career because that's what culture and society tells them to do.

Figure out your career.

Let's do this.

Let's work really hard because that's often where you define a lot of our identity and how we feel about ourselves is, oh, I'm successful because, you know, I've got this particular role.
