And also economic engine is the other one, so the financials.

And it's really interesting to me because when we do a live with people, people often shortcut the dreaming process.

They dream very small as it relates to a lot of the summits besides economic engine or finances where it's like, yeah, I'm going to be a millionaire or I need to do X, Y, Z to gain this amount of money.

And I'm like, for what?

Like being, having like 2 million or 3 million or whatever it happens to be doesn't lead to a rich life.

A rich life is the sum of its parts.

It's the culmination of everything.

So we deliberately leave the Economic Engine Summit until last.

And we say, what would you love your life to look like in all of the areas?

And then what's the finances you need to live this life?

So we deliberately reframe all of the questions.

But people naturally gravitate towards career, which is fair because that's where we spend a lot of our time.

And it's also culturally what we're expected to do when we think about dreaming big or success for our life.

Everyone thinks about it in terms of career, but that's not necessarily the case.

And we challenge and shift that thinking as we go through the process.

So gosh, so a red thread is basically a limiting belief and limiting beliefs are always rooted in fear.

So the more we call out our limiting beliefs, the more free we are because freedom is always on the other side of fear.

Elizabeth Gilbert says there is no other kind of freedom.

So it's really fun as you start to look at and examine your life for all of these like red threads or limiting beliefs because you get to pull them out.

And then you're even more effective.
