But the problem is your body doesn't recognize that your genetics don't recognize that.
And you're, so I had one woman who thought she was a man and she was having cycle issues and she refused to acknowledge it.
And I finally looked, I finally looked at her in the camera and said, you really have to go see a gynecologist because your body is not recognizing what your head is saying because it can't because genetically it's female.
And you will always have female issues, and you have got to go get these dealt with.
And it's that kind of, I think, not being harsh, but just the, this is reality.
Do you know what the outcome was?
It was significant PMDD and period stuff.
And I recognize that, but it was like, you've got to get some help with hormone type stuff.
Not trying to, you know, I'm like, if you continue to do the things you're doing, it's going to just get worse.
I mean, what you did was the responsible thing.
And I think, you know, like, I think there's a way to do that in a, in a way that does like, like Sarah said, it isn't shaming.
But I think our culture has, and I have this conversation with clients a lot, has conflated nice and kind as the same thing.
