I had to save up to get my own wisdom teeth taken out.

You know, it's just...

My parents were not the nurturing, like they just, it never felt like they wanted the best for me.

It was like very much like mine, mine, mine, mine, mine.

And I think also think generally without all of that at a 20 year old, you just want to go live your life.

You want to figure out who you are independent of your parents.

And I couldn't do that.

I was in the cult.

I had my parents and like, and so.

I was involved, but like I think I was involved as much as I had to be involved.

And I think deep down I still had this fear that what if they were right?

You know, what if God did exist?

What if he was going to return to earth one day and I was like, what if I left and I messed up?

And I was like, damn, I should have stayed in that college.

So I just stayed out of fear.

And so then I'd gone down to this church camp.

And was kind of everything in my mind was ready to leave in two weeks.

I had no plan for what I was going to do when I left.

And in a lot of ways, I'm really glad that I didn't leave then because I think I would have opened myself up for a world.

I was just super naive.
