And, you know, I didn't understand anything.

I didn't know my own mind.

I had no life experience.

I didn't know what was going on.

You know, I didn't tell anyone.

So it wasn't like anyone knew.

I think I don't even know how I ended up doing it.

I think it just became a thing.

And it was like when I'd hurt myself, I'd be like, oh, I feel better because now I've punished myself.

and how I express them.

And I think when people see this loud, this big hurricane character, they're like, oh my God, she's mental.

And I'm like, well, no, actually I've gone from here to here.

So me expressing how I'm feeling, that's part of my healing journey.

Yeah.

Yeah, and, you know, like, I'll hold my hands up where I'm wrong, and I would definitely say, you know, I'm not going to apologize for being who I am, but I will say, yeah, I could work on that.

You know, I could definitely work on channeling that.

You know, and in my everyday life, I have worked on that.

You know, I walk away from the situation, I go, I calm down, I listen to my music, I relax my mind, I do my meditation, and I come back to it.

In there, I don't have that luxury.

So that was really like a raw, unhealed experience
