And I think that's what people forget.

It's like, yeah, I've done that healing.

And when you're put in that situation, I can't walk away from it.

I can't go meditate.

I can't step out of it.

Like you're filming.

I can't just get up and walk off.

It's continuity.

It's this, it's that, you know?

No.

And that's why I'm like, all the healing work I've done over the last, what, my 28, from 13 to 28, however many years that is.

Right, right.

Well, the last 15 years, the work that I have done on myself and, you know, I went and see a therapist that did a lot of hypnotherapy and he always said this to me, he went, close your eyes and all the voices in your head that are kicking off and overthinking, he was like, imagine it's coming out of a radio.

He went, now place that radio in the corner of the room, put your hand out and turn it down.

And I was about 17 when this happened and that was the first time my mind had ever been silent.

Wow.

I didn't have the time to do that in there, you know, and that's been something I've done for however long, for all these years.

And that's kept me sane.

And then it's like, that's taken away from you.
