And that was when I started calming down.

As soon as I calmed down, it'd be another game, load of questions that trigger me, you know, and it would just spiral like that.

You know, the main reason I ever wanted my platform was to sit and help young girls and guys that are going through it and to be a voice of understanding for them.

Because when I speak out loud, I'm like, shit, I sound mental.

Like this doesn't make sense.

But I'm like,

no, you're actually fine.

This is normal.

Like how you feel is normal.

You feel like this because of this.

And, you know, like I started a live series at one point and was helping young girls who were suicidal with mental health.

I was messaging them all the time, like chatting with them.

And that was all I've ever wanted.

Yeah, 100%.

And I think when I first came out, I was 21.

I didn't really understand about it.

I was so embarrassed about telling anyone about it.
