I didn't want to be judged because there's that thing of, well, if you're self-harmful, you never work in TV again.

That's not true because I told the producers about my history of self-harm.

They knew.

You know, they know that.

So you don't have a stigma around you just because of your past.

You can grow from that.

I think for me, I've tried to not put too much pressure on myself.

I mean, I was dealing with a lot in there and I think my body just started shutting down.

Like I was too much information, sorry, ladies talk, but I've never missed a period in my life.

And I did in there, my body was literally shutting down.

Like I didn't come on.

So I've been trying to keep relaxed, stay at home, sleep as much as I can.

Because obviously in there, we don't know how much sleep we get.

We don't know the time.

You know, and I've been trying to just relax, get my body back to normal, take my vitamins, sleep as much as I can, not get into it too much online.

You know, and I've took my time with podcasts because I needed to.

You know, I didn't want to speak out beforehand because I wasn't in the right mind frame.

And even now, you know, I'm still a bit all over the place.

Things, you know, I've dissociated a lot from what happened in there.

I've forgotten a lot of things.
