Like it feels like every six months people are in the streets for like a new thing.

But then I saw this graph that was included in the book.

So here it is.

I'm trying to remember it from memory as I put it on the screen.

But essentially the solid line.

is politicization so that's rallies marches activism uh and even like in smaller formats like um

I don't know.

All forms of that.

Let's just say those three.

And then the other line is institutionalization.

So that is making like concrete, tangible groups like like political parties, community coalitions, unions and clubs.

And as you can see.

You know, it's like ebb and flow throughout history.

There's like a little spike in.

But then all of a sudden around the 2020s, that shit goes straight up for politicization.

So like we people are marching in the streets.

Everyone is an activist.

And yet institutionalization is literally plummeted.
