And then I just gradually go down, right?
Um, and and so for me, by the time I hit that four set, I usually my first my first set, I usually do four of and then I kind of splice them between three, three, and three.
Um, but usually my my first four sets, by the time I hit that fourth set, I'm usually at like 200 pounds.
And you know, I'm just trying to knock out Yeah, yeah, yeah.

I'm just trying to knock out as many as I can, you know, um, at that.
So, you know, for me, it's just you know, going until that muscle can't go anymore.
You've taxed it, you put it under the stress, you get that good time under tension, you know, it it feels that that weight, and that's when you start to see the benefits and in weightlifting.
You know, we're so like you know, you hear all the fitness influencers and
And you know, even on my tonal, it's like, hey, you need to get 12 sets on this.
And then when you get 12, you're like, well, I got more, but it says for me to do 12.
You know, so I'm gonna stop at 12.
Don't stop at 12.
Keep going until you can't go anymore.
And if you if you notice you're cranking out, you know, 15 or 20, then go up and wait, you know, until you get to that 10 to 12 or 8 to 12 range.
You know, there's no magic number.
12 doesn't mean anything.
Eight doesn't mean anything.
You know, it's it's getting that muscle to a point to where it just can't go.
