Uh it's it's been phenomenal.
Yep, a hundred percent agree.
And that and I I I I would not be able to do what I'm doing today had I not been tracking before in the past.
You know, I think about you know, what's the the concentration of protein versus carbs versus fats?
What's those calories look like?
You know, I stay away from I I and and it's another thing too.
It's like I don't really eat sweets at all.
It's like, you know, when we're in Ireland, you know, all my family was ordering desserts and things like that.
I'm like, nah, I'm good.
You know, like I'm I don't want I don't want any of that.
I'm I'm fine.
Um, you know, so
So the whole relationship thing has been been completely broken, which has been been awesome.
Um, I do want to emphasize though, uh there was a recent data study that came out, and I want to talk about it because it just proves again Ben knows exactly what he's talking about.
Um there was a study that came out and it was talking about um uh D load weeks.
Um
And they researched uh people that were doing competitive powerlifting uh and bodybuilding, and they looked at ones that did D load weeks and ones that didn't.
The ones that did D load weeks had 25% more muscle growth than those that did not do D-Load weeks uh weeks.
So uh just I just want to throw that out there that you are right again.
Uh even though I used to give D-Load weeks the biggest amount of shit uh in history, uh it's it's proving true through science as well.
