I can see the point.
I think that if you asked all these people who would I want on my team this year to win a game, they'd take the three sluggers over...
over at least most of the group ahead of them, not Bobby Witt and probably not PCA.
But people really do like the power tool, particularly as it relates to present day production.
I think that there's some questions about how do old man skills age?
Like, hey, if what you're doing is having a really good sense of the plate and hitting the ball real hard, how do you adjust as you slow down?
Because one thing that a lot of people do as they slow down is start learning some of the skills that James Wood and Nick Kurtz and Junior Caminero already have, and they can't really do too much more of it.
But I think that that's really... It's a pretty small comparison, and it's one of these things where, hey, I have to nitpick between the 10 best players in baseball, all of whom, you know, all of whom, there's no way they're actually getting traded.
And that just the number of years you can keep them seems like a logical way to group it.
But James Wood, people love James Wood.
And I think that if he continues to play like this, the free agency talk is going to get crazy.
