We call these things intrinsic motivations and we can control those, right?
But if our whole identity is a human doing, not a human being, then our self-worth was dependent on whether we win or lose a game of tennis, right?
And that's a lot of baggage to take onto the tennis court.
It's hard enough to win a game of tennis, right?
Without attaching our self-worth to our results as well.
Yeah, yeah.
Well, first and foremost, yeah, Roger Federer, he focused his whole life on three words, humility, gratitude, and humor, right?
So humility.
So, you know, even if he beat a player six love, six love, he'd still say, yeah, great, great player.
We love him in the locker room, right?
Really humble.
