A large part of the problem with Starmer is it didn't matter if he wanted to be a competent technocrat because he is attached to a party that won't let him be.
And this is also Kemi Badenok's problem, which is everybody going, oh, the Kemi balance is doing very well.
Personal polling is great.

Look at the party that she's chained at the ankle to that is still dragging her to the depths of hell.
