Well, you know, our underlying personality traits that may manifest themselves on a day-to-day basis or may be a bit hidden, they are what drives our ability to behave in a certain way and our ability to perform in a certain way.
And on a day-to-day basis, as you've described, you know, you might not get a lot of insight into those.
So what we're doing with this approach is using psychometrics to really get some tangible insight into those underlying personality traits in a pretty concrete way.

So they don't oscillate a lot.
It might change a little bit as you go through your life, but that's over years, not weeks and months.

So this is why personality traits and that analysis is really, really important.
It is rigorous.
It's statistically sound.
It's researched.
And therefore, it is a really fantastic way of making informed decisions about people.

And as you said, it's easier for some profiles, some people to achieve what you're looking for.
And one of the things that was sort of surprising, I noticed when I first looked at the data, the insights, was how strongly the high performers were correlated.
