How does the coaching set up look?

Does Jacques take more power?

Does Leo step back?

Do they continue to do what they're doing?

But yeah, when he does finish, and he may finish with a couple more trophies, there's no reason why at least he wouldn't win the URC again.

Obviously, Europe may be a bit of a stretch now with some of the players that are leaving.

But yeah, he's always going to be a legend in Leinster.

And who knows what he does next as he stays in the organisation.

Does he go and try and coach somewhere else, which would be obviously a huge, hugely exciting thing for him to do if he wanted to do that.

But yeah, and then obviously the other question is who replaces him or what does that model look like that Leinster are going to go for?

But that's the beauty of this job is that with a year to headhunt or whatever, you're going to be able to get coaches of the caliber of Jake, you know, someone like O'Gara, someone like Philippe Contepone, Scott Robertson, there's a...

Everybody, anyone who's looking for a good opportunity would be interested in this and they can find the best of the best.

And that's like we saw other provinces go to the market and ended up getting Stewart and getting Clayton last summer.

And they were two high profile coaches.

But I think this Leinster job is even more attractive.

And yeah, the best of the best are going to be in for it.

Look, I think from a succession point of view, it's obviously very good.

So David Humphries and Guy Easterby can do their due diligence and look to see what setup they want.
