I don't know whether other commissioners would be in favor of this, but the comment on the speaker earlier today is not the first time we've had the question of new development not having locations for delivery vehicles on site.

And I would personally like to see staff look at that and

evaluate how might our codes be changed, incentives be changed to address the fact that a large amount of activity around sites, particularly with less parking, are delivery vehicles, and we don't adequately account for that in our, I don't believe we adequately account for that in our current requirements.

Um yeah, I I would just say at at a high level, um, in the case of the Clara uh
You know, we we did have the cost of land and carrying the land, but I would say the costs for the related Santa Clara project have far exceeded um the total cost that we spent to get to the point where we could start constructing the Clara.
