Like everyone, I spend way too much time on social media and on Instagram in particular.

And then in the past few years, it just feels like everyone has decided that they are a self-help guru with a lot of advice to share.

And look, I'm not saying some of it- Can I take this as a personal attack?

No, no, no, no, because you're an intelligent person and you have the chops.

We know what your background is, right?

Some of these people are just, were sitting in their house one day and decided, I know what I'm going to do.

Tell everyone else how to live their lives, even though I haven't had a job for 30 years.

You know what I mean?

I know, I'm sure some of them are lovely people.

And again,

It's not that all the advice is bad.

I take some of the advice sometimes.

Sometimes I'll see something and say, you know what?

I'm going to try that.

Like, yeah, my morning routine is horrible.

So let me try that.

But there is just so much of it now.

And you don't know who these people are.

And it's like, do you have a degree?

Are you a real therapist?
