You're only meditating because something has gone terribly wrong.

So in a way, the meditation itself is a reminder that

And so, but again, it's because I haven't done it enough and I probably don't really understand how to do it.

That's right.

You're disappointed.

You have anxiety.

You're depressed about something.

So the meditation itself, in a way, becomes a reminder that that's the case.

And that's why I'm sitting there in the first place.

Because if I was happy, I'd just be bounding out the door to get my coffee and taking a walk and listening to my music and, you know, having a gay old time.
