So it really depends.
North Circular Road, South Circular Road.
The Quays would have been a terrible black spot.
That actually has improved.
But certainly North Circular Road, South Circular Road would be issues and problems.
Clontarf was terrible there for a while as well.
But the new roads have been gone in and implemented.
With the new widened kind of bus lanes, etc.
Exactly.
And then you'll have roadworks which pop up from time to time.
You'll have various different protests which go on from time to time.
It's amazing to watch the city.
If you went down to our control room in Broadstown and watched the city on any given day, how complex and how dynamic it is given what's going on, whether there's an accident, whether there's a protest.
A lot of these are not predictable.
So our controllers and our drivers are having to adapt to it on a daily basis.
What gives you the most grief in this job?
Look, I don't take anything as grief, to be honest with you.
I see it as a day in the life of Dublin Bus, to be honest with you.
When you're dealing with a customer and there's 550,000 of them a day, there's going to be a little bit of heartache with that, but that's all part and parcel of the job.
But myself and everyone else in Dublin Bus, we just embrace that and we get on with it and we try to deliver the best service that we can to our customers because that's what we're all about.
