I'm a little bit more simple than that.
I just like to know what is the purpose of the organisation.
So we developed our purpose.
It's to provide a quality bus service that connects people to places, making our city a better place to live, work and enjoy.
And that resonates with our drivers because they absolutely get it.
Supporting then that purpose, we have six strategic objectives.
And then we have a number of values in the organisation which support and provide the foundation for all our decision making.
The reality was I then needed to look at, did I have the skill sets and the competencies within the executive leadership team and the management team and the rest of the organisation to deliver on that purpose and those strategic objectives?
What was your conclusion when you asked that question?
I needed to make change.
OK, so I made changes to the size of the executive leadership and to the competency and the skill set and the makeup of that executive leadership team.
That's all in place now.
And the good news is that we're seeing really good, positive cultural change.
We're in the organisation, which is driving performance.
We're seeing significant increases in reliability.
We're seeing significant increases in punctuality.
And in simple terms, we're trying to become a high performance organisation.
And I've got great buy-in from the unions.
I've got great buy-in from the staff and the drivers themselves.
Yeah, look, I've come from another semi-state body and then I've come into Dublin Bus and a lot of people think the unions are, you know, more militant in one area than the other.
