They're generally not, right?
And my impression is if you work with them and you listen to them, you're not going to always give a union what they want.
They have a membership which they're trying to
look after and trying to do their best for.
That's their role.
I fully understand that.
But they fully understand my role as well because I communicate it to them.
But to me, it's largely around a partnership approach.
And I go as far as saying 2026 has been a partnership approach between the management team and the Dublin Bus Unions.
We've just signed a new pay agreement for the next four years.
It's the first time in the history of the company that we've got a pay deal through without having to go to the Labour Court.
So that on its own is a good indication that there's good working relationships between the executive and the management team and the union leadership itself.
So things are really, really good and positive from that perspective.
But look, they have a role to do and it's up to us to listen to them and to recognise what their issues and their concerns are and do our best to address them if we can.
No, multiple unions.
Yeah, no, I'm not necessarily seeing that.
So the main unions we're dealing with are the NBRU and SIPTO as well.
And look, they obviously have their own agendas.
But by and large, when we get into a room with them, they're looking for similar things.
We're looking for a certain angle on various different things as well.
