low to middle income person where there's such scarcity and problems now, I would actually not say affordable.
I would say workforce housing.

Like I would try to because affordable tends to lean like you might have Section Eight pop in your mind, which is sort of that government paying the rent.

Or HUD.
Or or HUD or some and and those generally are generally more run down
You know, yeah, lower income and um so it depends on what you're actually trying to communicate.
But when I hear affordable housing, a lot of times I'm thinking,
Live tech, low income housing tax credit.
It's kind of the first thing that pops up.
You're not talking about the heat.
You're talking about like the environment was charged.
