And so, you know, his message to me was, you know, we're going to get through this together and, you know, we're going to be successful together or not, basically.

So let's stay calm and get through it.

It was exactly the right advice.

So that was a good learning.

For me, it's something that I try to, you know, exhibit today.

And then, you know, COVID was the other.

And, you know, the ability for many, many organizations, not just Sincora, to be agile, you know, to be coming up with solutions is another thing that was, you know, it was transformational for our company.

And, you know, we did what we needed to do for our team members.

But then we got to work thinking about what can we do to help?

What's the solution?

And for that reason, we were proactively going to manufacturers.

We were proactively going to the government.

getting calls from the right people in government.

And that's why we were the exclusive distributor of every single COVID therapy, which is something that we're really proud of.

But it was because we were really solutions-oriented and thinking about what can we do to help rather than being paralyzed by what was obviously a very traumatic situation.

Yeah, it's everything, Drew.

We're not directly involved in patient care.

We're supporting...

the manufacturers and the providers to facilitate that in a very efficient, high quality way.

But at the end of the day for us, we actually look beyond our customers and think about the impact on a patient.
