And that's what drives us.

I think something that we can all

relate to directly or indirectly, but somewhere tomorrow, actually in thousands of places tomorrow, someone will go to a hospital, they'll go to a clinic and they'll be getting a cancer treatment.

And in many of those cases, it'll be the work that we do.

That's the reason that that cancer treatment is actually there when they show up.

And that's a very emotional thing for somebody.

If we mess up,

It's not there.

And that's, you know, that's tragic to us, right?

So, you know, that's the level of accountability that we have and the way that we think about it.

And, you know, we want for patients and for providers to have the confidence that they don't have to worry about it.

It's going to be there at a very low cost and at a very high quality, it's going to be there.

That drives us.

And so we get to hear stories all the time, but we also, you know, we know even without hearing the stories,

the impact that we make.

And it drives us significantly in the way that we make decisions.

And it's all about that patient access for us.

Really making sure that we have the strongest team that we possibly can have to make sure that we're supporting our organization, which then supports the providers and the patients and the pharma manufacturers.

Just the level of commitment to being a

a high integrity leader is, is really important to me.
