Now I want to shift gears now to what I call the current and downstream.
You know, you you've had such an illustrious career, but talk to us about what you're doing now, um, in general, but also with kayaking and what you see downstream for you.
What do you see your future uh in in the sport and and in other domains?

What what is what is it what does the length have to be to be considered endurance and what are some of these these longer races?

What you know, if a beginner comes to you, I mean probably most that you work with are maybe more advanced paddlers, but if you were to work with a beginner, what is the number one piece of flow advice you would tell to someone starting in a kayaking?

And uh where you are in your kayaking career and where I am, I I don't you you would have to uh downgrade quite a bit to join me in some real rapids.
