They're not always happy because no service provider is perfect.

Once in a while, you mess stuff up.

And you have a difficult conversation with the customer.

Maybe they're not trained in rearranging your brain and they go right into the insults.

They skip the whole part about, hey, we really like what you're doing here.

They just go right to, darn it, you've been late on this.
