Well, I actually respect people highly if they're not motivated by money.
I know a lot of artists.
I know a lot of musicians.
I have friends and relatives who are professors or retired professors in academia.
They're just not into money.
I mean, they're not into money.
They don't think about it.
They don't read the Wall Street Journal.
They're not interested in that whatsoever.
And I respect that.
They have a higher calling in a way.
They're focused on some deeper parts of life.
But that's not who I want in my company.
I want in my company people who are absolutely motivated by money, who are raw capitalists, who are people who want to make money for themselves and their families.
And that we can figure out a way that by being part of our company,
They can help us make money for shareholders so that we can pay them more money here than they can make somewhere else.
