Because life happens.
That's the funny thing, you know, when people do this bulk cooking is they forget that life happens and your plans will change.
So nothing sucks more than you spend all this time doing barbecue and you can't actually eat the food that you prep.
So vacuum sealing is so critical because it not only keeps it fresh for up to maybe 10, 14 days in the fridge, months in the freezer.
And then all you have to do, especially if it's something like shredded meat, you can keep it simple.
Get a pot of some boiling water or almost boiling water and drop the little bag in there for a few minutes.
It'll warm it up.
It's not going to compromise the quality of the barbecue.
And you just open it up and it's ready to go.
That's the kind of stuff that we do often.
If I do like wings or chicken drumsticks,
You know, I'll throw those on a baking sheet when they're done cooking and pop it in the freezer.
And then I'll vacuum seal them from there so that they separate easy.
And it's the same thing, except for you can cook them and heat them up in the air fryer from frozen.
bags and stuff like that but i they even make reusable uh bags that you can seal all kinds of stuff out there that there's so there's so many options and it's really affordable i mean you can go get those you know 35 to 50 like food savers now and while they might be not be like top of the line couple hundred dollar you know vacuums chambers sure they're gonna do just great i'm
I lived off of them for years.
So, I mean, they're phenomenal.
And you can write the dates.
You can write on the bags.
I do that all the time.
