Like what is that showing in terms of recovery?
Yeah, great, great explanation.
But yeah, so the endothelen one, it's it's interesting.
So you have E T one, as which you mentioned, most people are then aware of nitric oxide.
So there's
If you increase nitric oxide, that's going to allow the blood vessels to expand.
Ketone IQ, as you mentioned, is kind of working
Not by boosting nitric oxide per se, but like inhibiting endothelium one.
So you can kind of do both.
ET one constricts, so you inhibit it, you get more phase a dilation.
Um and then they measured uh um the other signaling molecules, so they measured PGC one alpha and I think the muscle biopsies.
Um they measured AMPK, VEGF.
So those are all interesting too because you know PGC one alpha, like kind of the master regulator of mitochondrial biogenesis, capillarization, same thing with like AMPK.
So you know if ketone IQ is having effects through these signaling metabolites as well, it's like you're you're kind of getting this mitochondrial stimulation with with ketones when combined with exercise, potentially too.
So um, but yeah, I kind of a
comprehensive suite of of measures that they did here.
I mean the macrovascular function stuff, very interesting.
Interesting too 'cause ketones priorly, uh you know, ketone esters but have been shown to improve vascular function.
When given to people with obesity, I think for several weeks they improved vascular function.
Um so there's a lot of
