So this is the first paper.

So you mentioned we have these four arms in the study.

So and all the participants completed all the arms, which is important again, the crossover study.

So they did the exercise, they were all like high intensity interval training sessions.

And again, to note for people, this wasn't a

training study.

It was more look let's look at the acute response.

So we don't know whether they're adapting better um over say several weeks, although, you know, hopefully that's gonna happen.

You could extrapolate that potentially.

So they had these four different arms.

They exercised and then two of those arms they took ketones after exercise in either

hypoxia or normoxia and then in two of them they took a placebo so it tasted like ketone IQ but it didn't have butane diol in it um in hypoxia normoxia.

So these four kind of clean arms.

Um dosing, let's talk about that because I think that that is important.
