And correct me if I'm wrong, Lat, but I think I remember these numbers uh because I kind of memorize them because people are always asking about it when you like post about a study like this on social media.

Um it was zero I say zero point three, but it was zero point two nine grams per kilogram of body weight every hour for the first three hours.

So they had three doses in the first three hours, and then zero point one five grams per kilogram for the next two hours.

So they had five.

boluses doses of ketones?

So three large doses, zero point two nine grams per kilogram, two more doses after that at our three and four, those were zero point one five grams per kilogram.

And the goal was to keep it what, between two to four millimolar of BHB blood ketones.

Yeah. 'Cause that's I know you published a review article before, kind of in it was somewhat speculation, but obviously grounded in data that like that's sort of like this recovery range where you probably would see these benefits between two to four millimolars.

So you were trying to maintain it between that.

And again, you mentioned I think you brought what you brought up was pretty interesting in that

If you were just resting, you may not need as high of a dose to maintain ketosis as say if you were actually engaging in in exercise.

Cause your body is not you're gonna use them quicker if you're exercising versus just sitting.

Exactly.

Yeah, and I I would argue that it could it would probably be that zero point one five gram per kilogram dose because they they used those two smaller doses at hour three and four and they were maintaining their ketosis level.

So the zero point three probably not needed.
