Because I mean, you know, if if you don't want to do, say, altitude training, or you can't do altitude training with people, I mean
Like myself or anybody who's not an elite athlete, you're actually doing altitude training.
So our ketones are just
I'm doing my training.
I mean I'm I'm never gonna go to altitude, so I have I have uh humidity at my side, I can use the sauna or hot bath and now I can use, you know, exogenous ketones.
I mean
You know, it seems like a hyperbolic statement, but they're like they're it's a almost an altitude mimetic.
You're like mimicking altitude training in a way by by taking ketones.
So I don't I don't think it's too much of a stretch to say that.
In in terms of EPO, there are other adaptations that go on, but
A lot of these are overlapping with the effects of altitude, which is pretty remarkable.
can really just cheat biology, I guess.
I know.
They say they say there's no free lunch in biology, but yeah, you can you can fast without actually having to fast or your being ketosis without doing a ketogenic diet.
get the effects of altitude without going to altitude.
So exactly.
Pretty pretty remarkable findings that uh that we're seeing here.
Um I wanna talk a little bit about the mechanisms then by which all of this is happening because I think that's one of the key things like when we're seeing all these effects and
