So the belt has a lot of traction and been super impressed with that.
We're gonna do a quick start here and ramp this thing up.
This also has heart rate monitors on it, so if you don't have an external monitor and wanna measure your heart rate during a workout, you can put your hands on there and it'll measure it.
But very smooth to accelerate.
Very easy to use.
Not loud at all, as you can see or perhaps hear.
But very soft dried, so I love using this for easy runs.
Love using it for a quick shakeout run in the afternoon.
Or just if the weather's
bad here in Texas and I just want to watch T V.
So I've been loving this treadmill.
Even if I do an outside run, I'll hop on this thing for
Few minutes after a run to do some strides.
But I've been really impressed with everything with it.
So it's slow down.
Another way I've been using this thing though is
Put on a weighted vest, crank it up to twelve miles per hour.
Few sound.
Uphill walking strides.
That's been one of my favorite things to do as well.
