Thank you and happy Friday.

Yeah, season one was an incredible experience for all of us.

And I think it was an unprecedented television experience to show the public behind the scenes for the first time, you know, the most scientifically studied paranormal hotspot on the planet.

You know, for a property that had been in lockdown mode, that had been secure for over 20 years, right?

for purposes of scientific research dealing with the paranormal, for that property to be opened up for television cameras for the first time and filming my team and their efforts and the scientific investigation on an hourly basis was something I think very special and I think

It was a unique opportunity to engage the public and to show for the first time very visually what the ranch looks like.

What do the old haunting homesteads that lie on the property look like?

And what was it like for the team to be able to

to follow Dr. Travis Taylor for the first time, entering the property and seeing through his eyes the incredible, striking landscape that has captured so much interest and attention over decades was a unique opportunity for all of us.

And to do it in an unscripted way, I think it's important to note

that you know this is real it is a hundred percent true fact and you know not one of the participants with the exception of dr taylor had ever

been on television, ever really had the intention of being involved with any type of television effort or media.

And so it was a new experience for all of us, including myself, to allow cameras and to allow, for the first time, the story to be told regarding the ongoing investigation at Skinwalker Ranch.

You know, I acquired the property in 2016 from elusive aerospace billionaire Robert Bigelow of Bigelow Aerospace.

After really being introduced to the property through some scientific advisors that I had worked with a decade ago on a research project in Utah, those advisors that unbeknownst to me had been science advisors to Mr. Bigelow reached out to me in 2015.

with the potential opportunity to engage, to meet Mr. Bigelow and discuss a potential joint venture or acquisition that would open a new chapter in the investigation and really pass the stewardship from Mr. Bigelow to someone else, in this case, of course, to me, in order to continue the research and advance the project that had been funded by not only Mr. Bigelow, but the United States government.

and the Defense Department for decades.

To take a very unique, secure piece of property that had been the center of gravity for a Pentagon-funded black budget program was a unique opportunity.

for me, but I did buy it as a skeptic.
