He is really at the top of his field when it comes to medical research and where we have seen a number of our team members end up in the hospital.
with serious illnesses, with with serious injuries that continue to be unexplained and mysterious, we felt it was important to bring a higher level of attention to the health and safety protocols on the ranch.
I also, in bringing these close confidants together, I wanted to bring people that came from different backgrounds and different areas of expertise.
Jim Morse, who is a ranch manager there, has known me since I was 18 years old.
He was my first big commercial real estate development client when I was 18.
18 years old, I jumped into the commercial real estate business and focused on leasing and selling Class A office developments.
And Jim Morse at the time was breaking ground on a signature Class A office park.
And through that experience of being engaged with him, we really developed a close relationship that endures to this day.
And the thing that he brought to the table was
was a genuine love for the Native American cultures.
