I feel that community engagement has been a big part of our stewardship of this property and really advancing, uh,

the objectives that we really set out from the very beginning.

But you're right.

I pulled together a closely held group of people simply because I wanted to preserve the integrity of the investigation and bring a new level of focus and intensity to it.

I didn't bring these people together for a television series.

I brought these people together

to really launch this stage of the ranch investigation five years ago in service to the truth, in service to discovery, and determining whether there really was any reality and truth to the claims that go back decades, if not millennia, regarding the high strangeness and paranormal activity on this property.

We've studied potential correlations and connections with other incidents globally in trying to assign cause and understand some of what has been observed.

We, of course, take a very broad look.

I'm not really at liberty to discuss

the details associated with what the Defense Department has been studying with those other locations.

But I will say this.

I think the deeper that people dig, the more mysterious and the more unexplained

But we're not ignorant to the fact that there are other places potentially on the planet that may have similar phenomena.
