Yeah.
So I don't want to give up the gym.
That wasn't like the plan to just stop going.
But like with the holidays and traveling and stuff.
Yeah.
You know, I look back at the calendar now.
It's like the beginning of December is the last time me and Danny were there.
Oh, yeah.
You don't do it for the calorie burn.
And it's like some people make the argument, they're like, oh, well, if you replace the muscle or you replace the fat with muscle, it'll burn calories more.
But like,
A lot of people don't understand this, but fat burns calories too.
I know that sounds stupid, but it does.
There's a reason I burn as many calories as I do.
It's because of how big I am.
Just having to carry around the weight.
Yeah.
The literal mass will just make you burn more.
Yeah, one of the guys I met in Orlando was like, you're basically, every time you get up or do anything, you're resistance training.
I'm like, yeah, that just sounds stupid, but he's not wrong.
